Angéline currently primarily ships FROM the UK to: the UK, USA (Mainland), Belgium, Russia, Spain, Italy, France, Germany and the Netherlands.

If your country isn’t listed above, please reach out directly to contact@angelineatelier.com, to organize a way for the item you’re interested in to be shipped to you.

ALL Shipping includes item insurance.

Angéline is excited to announce that some bags will soon be shipped from the USA to reduce shipping and fees. Stay tuned.

Taxes and Duty Fees

Please note: If you are outside of the UK, there may be tax and duty fees incurred. Following your order, please keep an eye on your email and check your spam folder as you may be contacted by the carrier/customs to pay import duties. Angéline is not responsible for any fees incurred. If duties aren’t paid on time, the parcel will be returned, and shipping will be non-refundable.

The US requires all imported goods to be taxed appropriately. Effective October 20th, 2026, all US-bound orders will include a flat 10% charge at checkout to cover duties and taxes, applied across all states.

Made-to-order

Some of the pieces are made to order, meaning there will be a 1-3 week production time, depending on the item, and it will be shipped to you once it has been made. Angéline limits how many orders can be placed for MTO at a time, so if an item shows OOS it is likely that the atelier is at capacity.

Custom Orders

All custom orders will include an timeframe agreement for production, between the buyer and Angéline. A £100 deposit is required for ALL custom orders to cover materials. Once custom is completed, the remaining payment is due within 7 days of receiving the invoice. If it is not received within the given time frame, the deposit will be forfeited and the piece will be released to the main Angéline store.

Returns

Angéline will only issue returns if there is a manufacturing fault with the item, or there is dissatisfaction with the quality.
